Music Video: Holocene by Bon Iver

This is one of the song that I always listen while going to sleep. I downloaded this video last night and transfer it to my iPod. I like the video because of the beautiful landscape that matches the song. A boy wandering around the island with a walking stick as his companion. This kid so lucky he got to see these beautiful places.

My Thoughts: 2012 Formula 1 Season

Formula One's 2012 season is about to end this Sunday on November 25th at Brazil. This is one of the interesting seasons I've seen in Formula One. In the first seven legs, different driver won and fans, spectators can not even predict who will dominate this season. As this season is on progress Red Bull again dominates and still the Constructors' Champion, and for the drivers "I do not know who" some say it is Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso, or Lewis Hamilton. Right now, I read a lot of Formula 1 news about who will win the Driver's Championship title, Vettel or Alonso.

Pour Femme & Pour Homme by Dolce&Gabbana tv campaign

I love watching this Dolce&Gabbana television campaign. Their previous campaign featured David Gandy. Noah Mills and Laetitia Casta is their models in this new campaign. Both models are gorgeous and sexy. This is one the reasons that I watched Discovery Channel because of this advertisement. It has a story that you can immediately understand in a 45-second campaign. The song they used makes me imagine a love story happening in Italy. =)

Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is one of the annual fashion shows that I watch. Hot models, lingeries, and SHOES! I started to watched the show since 2009, and started last year to notice  the shoes they are wearing in the runway. 

Last 2011, Alessandra, Adriana, Chanel, Miranda, and Doutzen were the highlights of the runway. Pink was my favorite segment because it is lively. They are so sexy. My favorite runway shoes was:

LEGO Ferrari

Hello everyone! I'm back from laziness. I was a bit busy and almost two months thinking on my next entry for this blog. My plan was to post an entry about my recent trip to Manila and Subic with my little cousins but when I got home I have tons to do. I promise after this post, I'll share with you our trip.

It began when I saw a Shell advertisement that they are releasing something. As I saw the photo the photo, it gave me an idea a Ferrari goodies. My friend who is a huge F1 Ferrari fan (me too) post a YouTube video in my Facebook page, Fernando Alonso, Felipe Massa and Stefano Domenicali (team prinicipal of F1 Ferrari team) having a time challenge assembling a LEGO F1 Ferrari. Royal Barbie's

They say Barbie dolls are girls favorite toy but not all girls consider it like me. Barbie is my least favorite toy, most of my birthday gift are Barbie and it will not last for a year. Headless, armless, legless would be the outcome of my Barbie.

The little kid inside of me is back again and now I regret for detaching the parts my old Barbie's. It's been two years that I love browsing www.barbiecollector.com. Recently just saw these Royal dolls. Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco and Duchess of Cambridge (with her Prince William). I want to have them but Princess Kate's doll is already sold out and Princess Grace is still available for US$170.

They are both beautiful and elegant. I love them!

Monique Lhuillier's annual collection does not disappoint me. I truly love all her design in every collection. From glitter, fairy-like, fish-scaled inspired (?), Aqua design, and abstract prints.

Child at Heart

Every adult still has a kid at heart. When we (adults & teenagers) watched and saw kids playing with their toys, a sudden flashbacks, reminisce, and compare today's toys. I still remember in school during recess (snack time) my "rich" classmates would bring their little toys (matchbox, polly pockets, trolls) that made me envy. My girl classmates playing with their Polly Pockets and it is hard to look for the toy because it would be purchased out of the country (I guess they got it as a pasalubong from their relatives abroad).

As a kid wayback, my barbie toys would not last because I detached Barbie's head, cut her hair, and bye Barbie destroyed. Until now, I do not like Barbie. During the time that I am an only child and lived in a large house, I love to go my uncles' rooms and searching some old stuffs in their cabinets . My father and uncle's had a Matchbox car collection that was marked "Made in England", old board games like Cluedo, Monopoly, and many more.

While I am growing up, I lately realized that I spent many hours in toystores or toy departments in malls just to see imported toys and buying some as my collection. My toy collection craze started when SM Davao opened  went to Toy Kingdom and saw these authentic imported toys and board games. My first toy collection was a Polly Pocket (the exact model was here below), my aunt from Canada gave it to me. As I received the pasalubong, I was so happy and I just can not believe I have a Polly Pocket. I still have the house but the four characters (2 cats, and 2 girls) were gone.

Luckily our relatives abroad gave us board games Sorry, and the Game of Life. Everytime we go to the mall and visit the department store drop by their toys department to check for gameboards, puzzles, and etc. Btw, I also kept my kiddie puzzle, UNICEF puzzle, and Frank Lloyd Wright puzzle.

Sections of My Dream House

Been browsing for room interiors lately and found some cute interior designs. This are photos of my dream house. I really want my house to be small (I do not want to hire housekeeper). I really like the idea of Ikea about maximizing the small space but I want my kitchen to be bigger than the bedroom. 

I want my house to be semi-minimalist and Scandinavian designed house, lots of big windows so that sunlight would come in to save electric bill & no carpets.

I posted some sections except for the bathroom. My bathroom will be small and no bathtub (eats up a lot of space). .teehee

Hello! It's been a long time. 

One thing you should know about me, I love bags. I have a lot of bags than dresses and shoes (crazy huh?!). Even though I do not own a luxury bag, I appreciate and amused of the quality of these expensive bags. Here are the bags that I adore and someday own.

Forever Paradise

This is one of the beautiful places I've ever been. PARADISE

I was supposed to visit this place with my relatives November last year but because of school enrollment matters I decided not to go. But it was a right decision because I got all the remaining subject then graduated last March 24. Luckily when I was at my aunt's place, my other aunt told me that she will go back to Socorro with her office mates,she asked me if I want to go and I said yes (alangan basta laag go jud!). Thank God! What a perfect timing because it was after our exam week and I consider it as graduation gift.

It was a 7-8 hour road trip from Davao to Hayanggabon, Surigao del Norte. We leave 8pm in Davao and arrived at the port around 3:30 am and waited for another 3 hours (?) for the small boat from the resort  to fetch us. When Mr. Sun is out, it is my first time to see a mining site, all I can see is the dark soil around the place, a bus full of miners pass by to go their sites.

 I was so excited as we are on board in this bangka. We brought our own lifevest, I intended to wear the vest but I have to. It was a 45min seatrip or it depends of the waves going to "paradiso". Me and sister had with the semi-big waves we were both laughing, but our co-passengers were not happy but scared. hihi

Commencement Exercises

Graduation Day or Commencement Exercises is a great event for every student, parents, and the whole barangay.lol

For me this is one of my best achievements in life. I almost gave up school, but I made a decision to finish college.

The common graduation song march is playing on my mind as of this moment. Before the graduation practice and the exercises, my friends teased me with that hymn. Up until now I can not believe I finished college and I am honestly not ready to face the real world.

This is also the the event where the people who hated, like, loved you will unite and congratulate you. After the graduation rites, we go home as I checked my facebook I was surprise because my friend posted this print-screen photo below.hahaha I was surprised and happy at least I have this photo where the university president gave the paper diploma to me.hahaha

And now I am looking for a job. All I want in a job is where I can travel to places. A job like Samantha Brown. Passport to Africa, Europe, Asia, and etc. =)

closer to reality

Hello everyone! Graduation is coming and I am a bit excited. I am done with the university but I have to take care of some never ending requirements so that I will be finally be out of school. This is just a short-term excitement and happiness because next month all the fresh graduates will meet Reality. 

Reality is looking for a job, work, and VACATION. I do not want a job that I will be stuck in a office. I want a job and work where I can be a gypsy -- travelling. I just do not want to be stuck in one place. Honestly, I want to work abroad (Europe)... and I want to be a free lance travel blogger. So I need to get a job save money then travel the world.
