nuts on Downton Abbey

The Crawley's and the Servants

Before I will start my blog hiatus, I will share about my recent television costume drama series addiction: Downton Abbey. I got to know of this series because it was advertised on television, dailymail.co.uk said that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were hooked in this drama, and the drama got an Emmy nomination. I got that chance to watch the season one finale in my cousin's house. Even though I did not watch the pilot, the story was interesting so I decided to download via torrent.

I really love this kind of drama's that took place on the 1910's-1920's. I got to feel what their life feels like, not so advanced technology compared to today, and etc. The drama mainly focuses on the life of the Crawley's and the servants. I do not want to share everything, just watch the series.

hiatus

Hello!

Long time no blogging. I've been busy on school requirements and thank You Lord, I took all my remaining subjects. I am now a graduating student and I am trying hard to study all of these subjects to finish my school. As for now, I am forcing myself to focus on my studies and I do not want to FAIL. So maybe a long hiatus on this blogsite.

I repost some of my travels because I can not handle two blogs. One blog is enough. so that is all for now. see you! =)

always smile! =)

Surigao del Sur

My Aunt's kept on saying how beautiful Surigao, encouraging my other relatives to go and visit some tourist sites. Enchanted River, and Siargao Island is the only tourist spot I know in Surigao. Visiting Surigao was not one of my list. 2 weeks ago my aunt's and her officemates went to Surigao del Sur and geez it made me want to visit the places that they visited.

Thank God for HOLIDAYS. I was able to visit the Surigao with my pamilya inc. I (the yaya) sat beside with my little maldita cousin Larla and what a talkative little kid. We leave Davao early morning, having breakfast at Jollibee Tagum. I do not have any idea what time will we arrive in Surigao because I was not familiar in travelling in that region. We arrived 9am at the resort and we can see Britania Island and I was sort of amazed because I felt like I was somewhere outside Mindanao seeing the islets.

Britania Island
First Island
This is the first stop of our island hopping adventure, I forgot the name of this island. But when my foot landed in the sand, wowow the sand is so fine like the sands in Panglao, Bohol. My cousins love it.

2nd Stop

We had our breakfast and lunch in this island. HAYAHAY

My grandma muni-muni

After this island we went to the other island (that island in the left, farthest)

BonBon Island. I called it Temptation Island
Compared the sands in this island and the last two islands, sands in this island is like sesame seeds.

Third Island

BonBon and the next island

Naked Island afar
The last island reminds me of the White Island in Camiguin. No photo because I already have fun swimming. =)

Duka Bay

i am fortunate to travel in other places for free. =) 2 years ago i think. i with my relatives travelled to Duka bay (Duka, Medina, Misamis Oriental, Philippines) which is a 5 hour travel by land via davao-panabo-butuan road. We stayed in my uncle's friend's place (private).

the place is so peaceful. the beach is so clean you won't even see a single trash in the beach.
we also had a boat ride, to feed the fishes in the middle of the sea. cool. lots of "finding nemo's". it is said to be the liveliest marine community in Mindanao.
